Located in Kansas City, Missouri β the largest city in the region (which also stretches into Kansas) β Jack Stack BBQ is a famous local chain, kind of like our very own Hard Eight back in Texas. We visited their flagship original location! π The first three and last four photos are from Hutchins BBQ π here in Dallas β I put them side by side for a fun comparison π While Midwest BBQ is quite similar to Texas-style β offering beef, chicken, turkey, and pork β Jack Stack surprised us with their lamb chops πβ¨, which were absolutely incredible! Their beef ribs are also cooked to be more moist and fall-off-the-bone tender than what we usually get here. If you ever visit, make sure to try those two!
