🇺🇸 LA's Famous "Tsukemen" at Tsujita 🍜
Rumor has it this is a ramen spot frequented by celebrities—and the lines prove it! I tried their signature Tsukemen (dipping noodles) 🍜: You can choose spicy or non-spicy, and pick between small or large bowls. I went for the deluxe spicy version, which comes with an extra egg. The spice level might be too much for those who aren’t into heat—my friend found it pretty fiery! 🔥 If you’re sensitive to spice, go for the non-spicy option. The dipping broth includes bamboo shoots—and theirs are fresh without that strong fermented smell, which is a nice touch 👍. The noodles are thick and chewy, and the smoked chashu is incredibly tasty. Honestly, this tsukemen is so good—I’m already craving it again! 🍗 Karaage Chicken: Their fried chicken is super juicy and crispy—already seasoned so well you don’t even need sauce. Hands down some of the best karaage I’ve ever had. A must-order at any ramen stop! Next time, I want to try their regular ramen 🥢. I visited the Pasadena location—they also serve shaved snow desserts that look amazing in pictures. Definitely adding that to my list! 🍧 📍 Tsujita (multiple locations, including the San Gabriel Valley) What’s your go-to ramen or tsukemen order? 🍲❤️ Or are you team spicy or mild when it comes to noodles?
