Zinqué has a fantastic location— right on Melrose Avenue! As soon as you step inside, you’re greeted by a whole wall of wine and spirits 🍷🍾 It really doesn’t feel like a typical brunch spot—more like a chic bar that happens to serve brunch! 😄 They have multiple locations, but the food is just… okay. 🥪 Avocado Toast Pretty standard whole wheat toast with avocado— hard to mess up, but also nothing special. 🥪 Smoked Salmon Toast The smoked salmon flavor was very mild, and it came on a thin slice of whole wheat toast. The crust was overly tough and difficult to cut. 🍞 Brioche French Toast The egg flavor was very strong, but it lacked that rich buttery aroma. It leaned more on the cream topping for flavor. 🥂 Moscato Honestly, their drinks are better than their food! The Moscato was sweet and refreshing—a real highlight. Overall, the ambiance is great, and their marketing is on point, but the food doesn’t quite deliver. Service was just okay, and the speed of food delivery was inconsistent. A bit disappointing, honestly.
