From the quality of the fish to the service and ambiance, everything was on point! 🎯 🍣 The freshness of the fish was next-level — each piece melted with sweetness and depth, truly top-tier sushi that hooks you from the first bite! 👨🍳 The chef was incredibly charming — polite and skilled all night. The way he orchestrated the dining experience felt like watching an artist at work — absolutely mesmerizing! The restaurant vibe was relaxed yet refined, making the whole meal feel like a happy celebration! 🥰 Even among LA’s many amazing sushi spots, Udatsu is now my go-to choice!
