🇺🇸 Los Angeles|Experience the Cinematic California Vibe in One Trip!

Of all the places I visited in LA, Joshua Tree National Park and Laguna Beach stood out as my absolute favorites—highly recommend! ✨ While Downtown LA and Universal Studios were fun, these two spots delivered the most memorable sense of wonder. 🌵 Joshua Tree National Park About a 2.5–3 hour drive from LA. The landscape is surreal—giant cacti, whimsical rock formations, and endless desert roads that make you feel the vastness and fascinating biodiversity of our planet. 📍 Pro tip: Download maps in advance—cell service is spotty! 🌊 Laguna Beach The water here is a beautiful, clear shade of blue—lighter and brighter than the deeper blues you’ll find near San Diego. It’s one of the prettiest beaches around LA, though for epic coastal views, the drive down to SD is hard to beat. 🎬 Hollywood Sign The view from Griffith Observatory is classic. Even though it’s just a sign, standing there really gives you that “I’m in LA!” feeling. Come for sunset and stay for the city lights. 🌆 Also stopped by the famous palm-lined avenue (first photo)—gotta use a telephoto lens to capture that iconic sign, otherwise it’s just a normal pretty road. 🎢 Universal Studios Hollywood Crowds here were way more manageable than in Osaka! We arrived at 10:30 AM and finished all the rides by around 5 PM, including time for shopping. Gotta say though—the merchandise design here can’t compete with Japan or Beijing haha! 😅 🥤 Food & Drink Highlights Though I didn’t snap photos, I have to shout out Omomo Tea and Porto’s Bakery!! After trying the Matcha Tornado on the way back from SD, I craved it every single day in LA—it’s the only drink I’ve found that beats boba back home! 🍵💚 And at Porto’s—everything is delicious! I brought home three boxes of their potato balls, and even as someone who usually prefers sweet over savory pastries, Porto’s won me over completely. 😍 Whether you’re into nature, beaches, iconic sights, or tasty treats—LA truly has a vibe for every mood. Save these spots for a trip that feels straight out of a movie! 🎞️❤️ #LosAngeles #LATravelGuide #CaliforniaVibes #JoshuaTree #LagunaBeach #HollywoodSign #UniversalStudios #OmomoTea #PortosBakery #TravelInspo
