🇺🇸 Museums in Kansas City 🖼️

I visited three museums in Kansas City during spring break! Here’s a quick recap: 1️⃣ National WWI Museum and Memorial 🎟️ $21 ($18 museum entry + $3 tower access) 🕙 Open 10am–5pm (closed Monday) ⏳ Suggested time: 2 hours 📝 Staff are super friendly! Recommended route: go up the tower first for a panoramic city view 🏙️, then explore the museum. Don’t miss the short intro film! 🎞️ 2️⃣ The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art 🎟️ FREE entry! 🕙 Open 10am–5pm (closed Tue & Wed) ⏳ Suggested time: 2–3 hours 📝 Scan your online reservation code at the kiosk to get a wristband. The collection is incredible – the Water-Moon Guanyin statue is serene yet powerful 🪷, displayed in a temple-style hall. Truly awe-inspiring! 3️⃣ The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures 🎟️ $10 general ($5 student ticket) 🕙 Open 10am–4pm (closed Tuesday) ⏳ Suggested time: 1 hour 📝 A small but unique museum! The miniatures are unbelievably detailed – they even provide magnifiers 🔍 and microscopes! The vintage toys are adorable too 🧸 🌸 Cover photo taken at The Ewing and Muriel Kauffman Memorial Garden – flowers aren’t in full bloom yet, but it should be gorgeous soon! 🌷 🍍 Also tried the pink pineapple from Hen House – sweeter than the yellow ones!
