๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Museums in Kansas City ๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ

I visited three museums in Kansas City during spring break! Hereโ€™s a quick recap: 1๏ธโƒฃ National WWI Museum and Memorial ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ $21 ($18 museum entry + $3 tower access) ๐Ÿ•™ Open 10amโ€“5pm (closed Monday) โณ Suggested time: 2 hours ๐Ÿ“ Staff are super friendly! Recommended route: go up the tower first for a panoramic city view ๐Ÿ™๏ธ, then explore the museum. Donโ€™t miss the short intro film! ๐ŸŽž๏ธ 2๏ธโƒฃ The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ FREE entry! ๐Ÿ•™ Open 10amโ€“5pm (closed Tue & Wed) โณ Suggested time: 2โ€“3 hours ๐Ÿ“ Scan your online reservation code at the kiosk to get a wristband. The collection is incredible โ€“ the Water-Moon Guanyin statue is serene yet powerful ๐Ÿชท, displayed in a temple-style hall. Truly awe-inspiring! 3๏ธโƒฃ The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ $10 general ($5 student ticket) ๐Ÿ•™ Open 10amโ€“4pm (closed Tuesday) โณ Suggested time: 1 hour ๐Ÿ“ A small but unique museum! The miniatures are unbelievably detailed โ€“ they even provide magnifiers ๐Ÿ” and microscopes! The vintage toys are adorable too ๐Ÿงธ ๐ŸŒธ Cover photo taken at The Ewing and Muriel Kauffman Memorial Garden โ€“ flowers arenโ€™t in full bloom yet, but it should be gorgeous soon! ๐ŸŒท ๐Ÿ Also tried the pink pineapple from Hen House โ€“ sweeter than the yellow ones! You can get a free membership card at checkout for discounts. And Iโ€™ll leave you with this stunning sunset I saw on my way home ๐Ÿ’›๐ŸŒ‡ #TravelUSA #KansasCity #Museums #SpringBreak #WWIMuseum #NelsonAtkins #ToysAndMiniatures #PinkPineapple
