Every time I pass through Kansas City, I have to stop at this Vietnamese restaurant – it’s that good! This Thanksgiving, on my road trip back to Missouri, I drove through twice and ended up eating here two days in a row 😂. 🚩 BROKEN RICE (Cơm Tấm) Once considered a humble dish, now a beloved classic! Their version is flavorful and uniquely prepared 🍚🌟. 🚩 BÁNH MÌ (Vietnamese Sandwich) A perfect French-Vietnamese fusion! Crispy baguette, savory fillings – cheap and incredibly tasty 😋🥖. 🚩 FRESH SPRING ROLLS (Gỏi Cuốn) Light, healthy, and packed with fresh ingredients. Dip them in peanut or fish sauce – so refreshing 🥬🦐. 🚩 GRILLED DUCK (Vịt Nướng) Perfectly cooked and full of flavor! Served with peanut sauce or nước chấm – absolutely delicious 🦆👌. This area feels like a Vietnamese hub – so many great food options around! If by any chance you’re not feeling this spot (unlikely!), there are plenty of other restaurants in the same plaza. The interior is also beautifully decorated 🏮✨. There’s a Vietnamese bubble tea shop next door – perfect for grabbing a drink while waiting for your order 🧋💖.
