This just might be my next GO to spot for Viet food. I love the fact there's a huge selection on their menu. This looks to be a classic staple of Vietnamese street food but in a restaurant setting, and I can appreciate the pricing reflects it. I dare say that they do have the best bahn mi sandwiches in town because of their special toasted baguettes, I'm really feeling the nice crunch of the crust while the bread on the inside is still soft. It was super busy on a Sunday afternoon for lunchtime, and there was a decent line. The hostess / owner is very efficient at getting the line through and guests into tables / boothes. Their plating and quantity are just the right amount. Not too much or not enough. I've been searching for what they call here a Donut bahn mi (which is delicious) for several years now that I've only been able to find at another local Vietnamese restaurant that has since been sold and is under new ownership. I don't often go to a new Viet restaurant usually and not try their pho (for me) that is how I usually rank them. Since I was only doing take out I'll have to go again for a sit-down and have their pho. This place can easily accommodate parties of 20+ comfortably if you called ahead. I had to wait approximately 25 - 30 minutes for my decent size order so I can understand the wait as the restaurant was at full capacity. As of now I'll give it 4.5 ๐ out of 5 ๐
Update: Went back for pho and fried tempura shrimp & sweet potatoes. I wasn't wowed by the pho but the broth is beefy and will fill that craving. Dine in service is quick, I was in and out in 30 mins. As another reviewer said, they really shine here on their sandwiches.

I picked the Carbonated Lavender Limeade and it was amazing!! It had crushed ice and a sweet and sour taste. If it had free refills it would have been over. I would have filled up on the drink alone. I ordered the Beef Meatballs as my appetizer and they are very different than traditional meatballs. It comes served in the Pho broth and the texture is more chewy. They are more mini size and no breaded texture. I noticed later on the menu it's supposed to come with dipping sauce, however we didn't receive any dipping sauce. I feel had we received some it would have elevated the meatballs. I tried one of my friends egg rolls and it was a little bland compared to other places. I like my egg rolls a little spicer.ย I wanted the white chicken broken rice as my main meal, however they were out of white chicken. I opted for the grilled chicken leg meal. It had a lot on the plate. The chicken leg was not dry at all. It was very easy to cook and perfectly cooked inside. The broken rice was more of a soft rice texture and the egg on top with the tomatoes helped add some moisture and acidity to the rice. The rice nearly stole the show on the meal. It came with this jellied chicken and mushroom piece on the plate. The cold paste texture was too much for me and I didn't like it very much. My friend was okay with it. If you're not a texture person, it might be a hit with you. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with my meal. Definitely coming back to try the Lemongrass Chicken since the menu said it...

We liked it so much took a friend there last night and it was so sad to see the deterioration of their food. The price has gone up and portions are smaller. That in itself isn't the low rating, it was the quality of the food. I ordered Pho with tofu. The tofu this time had a soured taste. I couldn't eat it as I am sure it had spoiled. I took it out of my bowl and put it on a plate. The waitress ask if it was OK. I told her, no it tasted off. She went and got the manager. The manager after some discussion came back and told me she was going to go purchase some fresh oil and fresh tofu. She wanted to replace my tofu with some meat. I didn't want that, so my husband said he would take a chicken leg/ thigh. Him and his friend ordered the Broken Rice with shrimp and a chicken leg/thigh. The Broken Rice was good, but the shrimp was dried out and rubbery. It had no flavor. The chicken was also dried out and had an off taste about it. I took one small bite of it because it did look good, I had to spit it out. I didn't want to taste the shrimp as it looked like a plastic piece of food. I was glad I didn't. After we got home my husband threw up. I love Vietnamese food and am truly sad this restaurant has deteriorated. The only reason I didn't give a 1 is the service is still friendly, fast and...
