🇺🇸 Must-Try Student Recipe|Who Can Resist Buttery Pan-Seared Salmon?
Crispy skin with a hint of fresh lemon — how is pan-seared salmon this good?! Ingredients: Salmon fillet, white onion 🧅, garlic 🧄, butter 🧈, lemon 🍋 (not lime!) Steps: 1️⃣ Finely chop ¼ white onion & garlic and set aside. 2️⃣ Pan-sear salmon in butter over low heat until golden on each side. Sear skin-side twice for extra crispiness! 3️⃣ Place salmon on a plate. In the same pan, add a little more butter and sauté onions and garlic for about 5 minutes. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice to taste. 4️⃣ Plate up and garnish — done! 💫 📌 Last photo is from my earlier attempt — more butter = extra delicious, but reduce if you're keeping it lean!
