🇺🇸 Official Oklahoma City Guide: North America Road Trip (Part 3) 🚗
Last time we covered the Oklahoma City National Memorial. This time—here are the officially recommended must-see spots in OKC! 🥇 No. 1 Recommendation: Oklahoma City Zoo 🐾🦝 The star animal: the Red Panda! 🐼❤️ (Also known as the firefox 🔥🦊, it’s a mammal native to Southern China and the Himalayas. Belonging to the order Carnivora and the family Ailuridae, it was long debated whether it's closer to bears or raccoons. Genetic studies now show it’s most closely related to raccoons and should have its own unique family.) Family engagement is what makes this zoo truly special! 👨👩👧👦💫 🥈 No. 2 Recommendation: Science Museum Oklahoma 🧪🔭 Let the kids run free and explore! A full day—or even two or three—of fun and learning. Parents can relax 😉🧠 🥉 No. 3 Recommendation: Bricktown 🧱🎭 An area full of industrial-chic vibes! Former red-brick warehouses have been transformed into trendy shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, and attractions. The food might not always look pretty, but oh—it’s delicious! 🍽️😋 4️⃣ Museum of Osteology 💀🦴 Let’s be real—only those of us who love “soy-braised pork bones” would truly appreciate this one 😂🍖 5️⃣ 45th Infantry Division Museum 🪖🎖️ The 45th Infantry Division was part of the Oklahoma Army National Guard and saw action in World War II and the Korean War (where they frequently clashed with Chinese volunteer forces). It’s worth a visit to see how Americans portray the 45th Division’s role in the Korean War. #TorontoLife #Travel #RedPanda #Zoo #AnimalsOfInstagram
