📍 The Guild House 🍻We had a reservation for 7:45 PM but ended up waiting until around 8:15 to be seated. Despite the delay, the food made up for it. For the appetizer, we ordered the beef tartare—the white sauce and egg yolk complemented each other perfectly, especially when paired with crispy, buttery baguette slices🥖. This dish has become a must-order for me at every French restaurant. 🧁Since the steak option was only filet mignon, we decided to try the lamb. The lamb chop, though not a main course, was generously portioned—three tender pieces served with fried rice and a slightly sweet sauce. 🍪We also tried the lamb burger, which featured the same white sauce.
