🇺🇸 Seattle|Thai Food with Serious Vibe Energy
🥘 Kin Len Thai Night Bites 📍 3517 Fremont Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103 No one would argue that this place is considered the peak of Thai food in Seattle! This time I went during off-peak hours and didn’t have to wait in line at all. 🍄 Enoki Fritters It was my first time trying enoki mushrooms prepared this way — the coating was so crispy it crumbled with every bite! The only minor flaw is that they’re a bit oily, but they’re so delicious it’s easy to forgive. 🍗 Kin Len Wings with Sticky Rice The fried chicken wings had an incredibly crispy skin with tender, flavorful meat — exactly the texture I love. Every bite was truly satisfying!! 🐙 Spicy Octopus Carpaccio The octopus was wonderfully chewy and springy, with a tangy and spicy seasoning that made it super refreshing. I couldn’t stop eating it! 🍜 Phad See Eiw The wide rice noodles were stir-fried to fragrant perfection. You can choose your preferred meat and spice level — the savory seasoning was spot-on and super appetizing! 🍛 Khao Soi Chicken The curry broth was rich with coconut aroma and had a subtle spicy kick. The golden noodles were topped with crispy fried noodles, creating a delightful contrast of soft and crunchy textures. If you love Thai curry, you must give this a try! #Seattle#seattlefood#foodguide#Seattleguide#Seattlelife
