🇺🇸 Tampa’s Must-Try Noodle Spot – Poke Express is Back Open! 🎉🍜
Even though I’m from Northern China, I always hunt down rice noodle spots wherever I live. This place’s tomato broth noodles made me cry — it tastes just like home 🍅😭❤️. I’ve also tried the spicy mala and chicken broth versions — both solid! The minced meat portion is generous, and the spicy chicken is a tad salty (but I like it that way 😉). You can add toppings like beef slices, blood cake, or lamb rolls — the servings are huge! I can only ever finish about two-thirds of a bowl by myself 🥲. My go-to side is the fried chicken gizzards — so crispy and nostalgic, just like the street snacks near my old school 🏫🍢. The mouthwatering chicken wasn’t really my thing, but the Chinese burger (roujiamo) was packed with meat 🥙. Though honestly, I’ve yet to find one in the U.S. that truly tastes like the ones back home — maybe because they often use beef here? 🤔 The vibe is cozy too 🌿. I went again last week feeling down, and the owner already recognized me! A bowl of hot, comforting noodles really turned my day around 🥹💖. Highly recommend to all my noodle lovers out there! Give it a try 👏🏻✨. 📢 Update: The roujiamo is no longer available, but the skewers and cold skin noodles are also great! 🍢❄️ #StudyAbroad #LifeInUSA #FoodExploration #ChineseFood #ComfortFood #NoodleLover #TampaEats
