The plating, ambiance, and BGM instantly teleported me to Seoul 🇰🇷 They serve unlimited banchan — nearly 10 different side dishes, and I couldn’t get enough! 🥩 Snowflake Beef Galbi — super tender, dipped in BBQ sauce + salt & sesame oil… brought me to tears of joy 🥹 🐷 Pork Jowl — another specialty here, super chewy and meaty. 🐮 Beef Tartare (Yukhoe) — a huge portion served with greens and sunflower seeds. The combination of crisp greens, nutty seeds, and sweet beef strips was perfectly balanced! 🍲 Tofu Soup — loaded with ingredients, so comforting with a bowl of rice. Perfect for couples sharing soju and grilling meat together.
