Birrieria Don Boni — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This is my second time visiting the place. Plenty of seating places, i was expecting a busier restaurant. Well I got there and someone approached us to get our drinks we ordered and never came. The second waiter approached and asked us if we were ready to order but we had no menu yet. We asked for our drinks again, she brought but then she did not come back to take our order. This third waiter approached and said we needed to order because there were people outside waiting. So I finally got to order from her. A few minutes later she came back saying we cannot keep ordering food because there was a limited time to dine in. There were about 4 tables available, what was she talking about? She constantly came to our table trying to remove the items. When I needed a refill on my coffee she never came back. So we got tired of waiting and we asked someone else to bring the check. Guess what? They brought it really quick. I regret having my friend from Texas visiting this place. Worst service ever. Birria not that good I had tried better with hand made tortillas. The food is really good but the worst costumer service ever. My family and I went in right at 7:28pm they close till 8pm and we walked in and nobody offered a table so we get closer to the counter and ask where can we sit because at this time they had half the dining room closed and the section open was full of people. So they look at us like we are wierd for asking and they tell us well if theres enough food you can eat. So our faces are like okkkaaayy? We decide to wait and see if they open the other section to seat us and they keep running back and forth and were 7 people and they are trying to sit us at a table with 4 chairs in this case what would a professional worker or manager do ? To start let me say they were not busy at all to make up for everything, the service was lacking the min we walked in, it was our first time there and no one greated us so we were standing there waiting for a table for a few min with no one coming to us just worked around us. Once we got a table no menu and no one came to the table for at least 10 mins. We had to ask for the menu then flag down someone to take our order. They only serve the meat with a side of consume, they dont actually serve Birria, which is there name. The meat was not bad but the consume, with is the soup juice was SO DISSAPOINTING, It tasted like tomato soup.
