Restaurant: Taipei Cafe Address: 802 Hungerford Dr, Rockville, MD 20850 🤔 I think this place used to have a different name, but it’s been around for ages — I first ate here eight years ago, and I had to come back during this DC trip! 💁‍♀️ Highly recommend their Lu Rou Fan (Braised Pork Rice)! Only $4.95 for a generous bowl with plenty of meat and a braised egg. Seriously filling and satisfying. Their popcorn chicken and three-cup chicken are also delicious. The popcorn chicken tastes just like classic Taiwanese street snack, and the three-cup chicken is flavorful and comes in a big portion.
