🇺🇸 Washington DC | 3-Day Power Walk Mini Travelogue
Took a weekend trip to DC — now I finally understand why everyone says DC has a unique vibe! Clean, organized, and filled with endless museums 🎨. Day 1 Arrived in the afternoon and headed straight to The Wharf 🏙️. In the evening, enjoyed the breeze and watched the sunset — so relaxing! You can also dine on oysters and seafood at the restaurants along the pier 🦪. 🍴 Hank’s Oyster Bar Besides the oysters, the special pasta on the menu was absolutely amazing! 😋 Day 2 Museum of Natural History 🦖 → U.S. Capitol 🏛️ → Washington Monument 🗼 → Lincoln Memorial ⛲ → White House 🏠 All these landmarks are along the same route — perfect for a walking tour! The Museum of Natural History even had Hello Kitty dinosaur merch 🦕✨. Day 3 National Gallery of Art 🖼️ Totally worth it! Recommend setting aside 3+ hours. Saw original works by Monet, Van Gogh, Picasso, and more 🎨🧡. In the afternoon, explored Georgetown 🛍️ and walked all the way to Georgetown University. The colorful streets are adorable, and the boutiques are perfect for shopping ✨. 🍵 We stayed near a Tatte Bakery — walked there every morning for breakfast! 🥑☕ Though it wasn’t fully crab season yet 🦀, we still had some (delicious hand-held seafood!) 🦞 #TravelOOTD #USATravel #DCTravel #TravelGuide #TravelEditorial #TravelFashion #OOTD #StudyAbroadLife #WashingtonDC ✈️🌸
