13 Must - Visit Restaurants in Minneapolis (Part 1) 🌟

Going through my old photo albums, I realized that Minneapolis actually has quite a few restaurants worth trying. πŸƒπŸŒΈ There are options for dates, chats, birthdays, photo - ops, and everything in between. For those still in the area, do try these places for me. I'm stuck in the village, so I can only reminisce through my photos. 1️⃣ Joan’s in the Park This is a small restaurant with exquisite dishes. It doesn't have many seats and has both indoor and outdoor dining areas. When ordering, each person selects four items from the menu, ranging from appetizers to desserts. 2️⃣ Sanjusan This place feels like a Japanese izakaya - lively and noisy, with a great atmosphere. They serve yakitori, pizza, and some delicious finger foods to go with your drinks. πŸƒπŸŒΈ The drinks are quite good, and I particularly enjoyed a cold sake. If you can't get enough, there's another Japanese bar upstairs with a good selection. I tried a pumpkin - flavored cocktail that was really tasty! 3️⃣ Kado no Mise Located upstairs from Sanjusan, this restaurant has a completely different vibe. It's one of the better omakase places in Minneapolis, with ingredients sourced from Hokkaido. When making a reservation, you can choose the price range based on your preferences. πŸƒπŸŒΈThey also offer kaiseki, but I think the omakase is a better value. If you mention a special event when booking, they'll take a Polaroid photo for you as a keepsake. I got to know the chef well enough that they brought in an extra box of sea urchin for me to enjoy at home. What a treat! 🍣 #MinneapolisFoodie 🌟
