π 3-Day 2-Night Hokkaido Hot Spring & Sea-Viewing Guide π
π Come to Hokkaido in June for a smooth 3-day, 2-night getaway. If possible, highly recommend renting a car for the trip! ββ π Enjoyed hot springs, saw the jelly-like sea, tasted farm dairy products, watched the fireworks festival, ate sea urchin donburi, admired the night view, and got some patas. π Day 1 New Chitose Airport β (2 hours) Lake Toya π Highly recommend Lake Toya's "Ko no Sumika" for its private hot spring with a view of Little Mount Fuji right from the room. The rooftop open-air hot spring is stunning, and at night, you can watch stars and fireworks festivals. Opted for an all-inclusive meal plan, and the seafood rice was unlimitedly delicious. π A farm 20 minutes away from the hotel is worth a visit, with French-style wisteria, super spacious lawns, and delicious ice cream. π In the summer, there's a fireworks festival from 8:45 PM to 9:05 PM. π Day 2 Lake Toya β Cape Eniwa β Sapporo π The sea at Cape Eniwa is truly jelly-like. Chose the coastal route, which allows you to switch from rural scenery to island views. Cape Eniwa is already green, and it feels very Zelda-like. π The specialty of the Kitami Peninsula is sea urchin. Any shop along the street is delicious during this season, with incredibly fresh and sweet sea urchin. π Drove back to Sapporo, visited Sapporo Factory in the evening, saw birds and patas. Went to see the night view of Mount Moiwa at 9 PM, though it's not as good as Hakodate's. Stayed at Vessel Hotel, which is very central, and the breakfast was truly luxurious. #JapanTravelGuide #Hokkaido #JapanGuide #LakeToya #CapeEniwa #KoNoSumika
