36 Years of History|Old-School Steakhouse on the Hill 🥩✨

This restaurant has been open for 36 years—Summit House, perched on a hill. We arrived at sunset. The dual atmosphere of the setting sun and the rising moon made it incredibly romantic! 🌅🌙 🏛 Ambience & Decor: I’d give it 120/100—it has a vintage, old-money charm that makes you feel like time slows down the moment you sit down. 🥂 Appetizers: All delicious, though not particularly standout. Worth ordering, but not the main event. 🥩 Steak: • Rib eye > Prime rib (unanimous table agreement!) • Prime rib was slightly on the saltier side • Portions are HUGE! ⚠️ Recommend ordering the smaller size. Everything in the photo is cooked medium rare. • Overall, the steak was “very good” but not “mind-blowing.” 🚗 Parking: They have a large parking lot with valet, but it’s totally unnecessary—you can easily self-park! 🌄 Tips: • Come at sunset—enjoy the view while dining. The vibe is unmatched. • Outdoor seating offers better views. We booked outside—highly recommend choosing a nice weather day for the full experience ✨. • At night, you can even see Disneyland fireworks from a distance 🎆—a lovely surprise! 💰 Price: Around $150 per person 💖 Perfect for dates, birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions 📍 Address: Summit House, 2000 E Bastanchury Rd, Fullerton, CA 92835 #LocalRecommendations #LASteakhouse #LAFood #LADining #SteakLovers #RomanticDining #SpecialOccasion #ClassicVibes #ViewDining
