50 Days in Latin America | A Week’s Worth of Mérida Eats
✅ Transportation Most of the time, Didi is cheaper than Uber, but sometimes a taxi is the best deal. It’s worth comparing prices. ✅ Eats👍 Micaela Mar & Leña – Octopus (best with sweet potatoes) and squid ink risotto were great; the grilled shrimp was a bit salty. 👍 Korean Grill – 4.8 stars. The beef was good, but the bibimbap was average and the noodles were bad. 👍 Helados Colon, Paleteria las Rellenas de la 60, Pola Gelato Shop – 4.6/4.9/4.7 stars for these three ice cream places. Try the mamey (sapote) flavor; the chili chocolate at the third one is worth a taste. 🌈 Trattoria La Pasta Montejo – 4.8 stars, but the pizza base was too soft and the pasta was very salty. 🌈 Local Faves I Didn’t Try. Breakfast/Lunch 🍁Pancho Maíz – 4.6 stars. La terraza Amarilla – 4.6 stars. Soco – 4.6 stars. Cuna – 4.5 stars. Lunch/Dinner 🍁. Manjar Blanco – 4.6 stars. Museo de la gastronomía Yucateca – 4.6 stars. Neo pizza – 4.8 stars. Marlín Azul – 4.6 stars #ScenicViews #MexicoTravel #MexicanFood
