An Extremely lovely restaurant! I have nothing to complain. Pizzas and pastas were absolutely delicious, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere great. Maybe one thing they could change was the music. It was nice, atmospheric electronic music and pop music, but if you ask me some italian or mexican traditional music would have been great. It is still a matter of taste so let's not get too serious about that. The guy whose face is in the pictures of the restaurant (cannot remember his name) was an absolute legend. This gentleman behaved super politely, spoke perfect english as well and expressed true hospitality. If you're foreigner do not hesitate to enjoy your drink with ice here. The ice is made from purified water and caused no problems to us. 😁 Anyway... you will most certainly not be disappointed if you visit this restaurant.

Delicious food, fairly priced. As with mostly any Reataurant in Mexico that serves European food: Some dishes are authentic while others aren’t. I went for the Greek salad which was super delicious as it used a lot of amazing and fresh ingredients, even though it’s not what you expect from a typical Greek salad. The feta cheese was less and just sprinkled on top (not as seen in the pictures of the menu), while the olives are pre-cut. The Bruschetta on the other hand was exactly what I expected it to be: Tomatoes, Basil, olive oil and some spices. On the bread, it was really delicious and enough for me. All over the food was great, even though I did not try a standard pizza.

The menu claims the food will take at least 20 minutes to freshly prepare each item, yet our food was ready in less than 10. We both got homemade pasta, I for green fettuccine, he got ravioli, my sauce now fresh by any means. Mushrooms were old, couldn't even taste the bacon, massage had no distinguishing flavors whatsoever. The ravioli with the vegetarian sauce was better but not by much. The Italian bread was dry, old.... We were here on a Thursday. We expected our dinner to be fresher as the weekend was approaching, not so much. Didn't even bother trying dessert as we didn't want to be even more disappointed. With all the good review, I am wondering if we perhaps chose the wrong items or visited on the wrong day. Unfortunately, probably won't attempt it again.

The atmosphere was very nice have dinner on the terrace in the evening and the staff were friendly. And since the owner was managing the restaurant himself, I was able to trust him. The food came out faster than expected, but it wasn't warm.. I ordered rucola prosciutto pizza, but unlike the picture, the rucola was cut rather than in full shape, and the amount of prosciutto was small. It was nice and tasty to feel like they made the pasta noodles and pizza dough themselves, but I was upset that the food came out cold. I had a good time here. But little more disappointed than I expected. I would visit again if the temperature of the food will be well managed.

My DH and I arrived in Merida this evening and were happy they found a nice table for us for supper. The limoncello spritz was refreshing and DH had a negroni he enjoyed. The gnocchi was so tasty (mine had bacon and pistachio pesto and DH had beefy tomato sauce). Topped with freshly grated Parmesan our meals were perfect. Judith was our waitress and she was so sweet- even tho she spoke little English and we speak little Spanish she got our orders correct and the food came out quickly. We appreciated the thick bread which accompanied our meal. I recommend this restaurant to travellers who are getting tired of eating tacos.

I must say, after a week here in Merida we enjoyed a very good diñer. It's my favorite restaurant and wanted to share . The place has it all. Air-conditioning was a blessing plus a reasonable priced glass of wine. They offered a taste of the wine and this is a first here in Mexico... The wood oven pizza perfect plus a really special salad with even a blue berry, The price was more than fair plus the cloth table covers, fine glassed for the wine and an appetizer if fresh crusty bread were perfect. Don't hesitate. It's rare for me to give a full 5 star review. Just lived it after so many fall short this trip.
