A 2-Week Pickle Pop-Up Returns To NYC This June, Turning The LES Into A Pickle Lover's Paradise

The Lower East Side’s 2 Rivington Street will be totally transformed into an immersive pickle lover’s dream, featuring limited-edition pickled foods, exclusive merch, and more! That’s to say pickle lovers can enjoy special Grillo’s creations like pickled grapes, red onions, and garlic alongside fan-favorite classics like chips, wholes, spears, and the beloved Pickle de Gallo! Beyond the bites, the pop-up will be filled with unexpected moments, special edition merch, hype-worthy brand collabs, and highly snackable photo ops designed to surprise and delight. Collabs between some NYC favs will be featured, including: * 7th Street Burger * Ray’s * Friends from New York * Alidoro * Gotham Burger * PopUp Bagels * Brown Bag Sandwich Co The Grillo’s Pickles pop-up will take over 2 Rivington Street from Friday, June 6th through Sunday, June 22nd. Events will take place each day, 11 am through 7 pm. And you certainly won’t want to miss it–it’s kind of a big dill! While we await the festivities, don’t forget you can snag pickle pizza in NYC supermarkets, which was inspired by Jewish delis around Manhattan.
