Korean brother learned the trade from a Japanese shop A ramen specialty store in Petworth 🍜 Closed from weekend to Monday, pretty whimsical Only open for a special lunch menu on Tuesdays 🌟We were lined up at 5 PM on a weekday There were already about seven or eight people, just enough for the first walk-in wave You need the whole party to be present to be seated We ordered the ramen - triple threat, a mix of three broths / classic tonkotsu 🐷 bone broth, both with a smoky base that hits you right in the soul with one sip, hehe 🌟The only appetizer, yuzu mayonnaise fried chicken, us Asians really do need our Asian-style fried chicken!
