A bowl of Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup

🍲🌧️🥄I wanted to go to another place that was closed, so I randomly picked this one, and it was unexpectedly pretty good. This restaurant has a lot of side dishes, and they’re all quite refreshing. Two dishes I highly recommend: 🌟 Ginseng Chicken Soup In a city like Seattle with so much rain, how can you not have a bowl of ginseng chicken soup! The portion is quite large, and the soup is thick and tastes healthy. It’s warm and comforting in the winter, and it also has some glutinous rice, which you can eat like porridge by the end. 🌟 Pig’s Feet Let’s get our collagen fix together! It comes with sauce and lettuce, which you can wrap around it. It’s so soft and flavorful! Eating it on its own is also super delicious and not greasy at all. The other dishes are more standard flavors but still pretty good. The portions are large, so be mindful when ordering. #Seattle #SeattleLife #SeattleFood #SeattleFoodShare #SeattleFoodExploration #SeattleWeekend
