I first discovered Noodology back when I lived in Rowland Heights, and now they’ve opened a branch in Chino Hills! Since it’s not too far from where I live now, I decided to visit tonight—and it definitely didn’t disappoint! The flavors are just as amazing as I remember, a true paradise for carb lovers! 😍 We ordered the brisket noodles, chilled beef salad, and beef scallion pancakes—all were delicious! Cantonese-Style Brisket Noodles/Rice Noodles You can choose between noodles or rice noodles—I went with rice noodles. The beef brisket was incredibly tender, practically melting in your mouth. The broth was rich and deeply flavorful, and paired with the silky rice noodles—it was absolutely satisfying! Who else loves slurping up noodles like this? 🙌 Chilled Beef Salad This cold appetizer was fresh, aromatic, and well-seasoned, with a mild spicy kick—not too overpowering. The beef was sliced thin and remained juicy, tossed perfectly with garlic and cilantro. So tasty! 🥢 Beef Scallion Pancake Cut into six pieces, each wrap was stuffed generously with beef, scallions, and savory sauce.
