I recently visited Noodology and was blown away by the authentic flavors and exceptional taste. The noodles were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of chewiness. Each dish was bursting with the bold, spicy, and savory flavors that Sichuan cuisine is known for.

The highlight of my meal was the Hot Pot Noodles – the rich, nutty sauce combined with the heat of the Sichuan peppercorns was simply unforgettable. The other spicy noodles were also standout dishes, each delivering a perfect balance of heat and flavor.

The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or family.

Heard this was the best rice noodle spot, so I decided to stop by while running errands near Chino, and it really lived up to the hype!

Reviewing as a Door Dash driver, I won't be reviewing the food. So there's only two people that's working at the restaurant, mostly likely the owners, the wife or lady works at the front while the husband or guy cooks and works in the back. It was in the evening around 6pm, there are 5 of us, picking up and waiting for an hour for the food. And DONT EVEN BOTHER CALLING THE RESTAURANT because no one will pick it up. The lady at the front just ignored all of them.There are two tables that haven't been cleaned. And the people eating there were waiting for their checks lol. It's just terrible service. No wonder there's a sign that's says help wanted and no one's wants to work there! 😂
