A bowl of tofu soup from Tofu Bean on a cold day is just so comforting

This spot is in the Rowland Heights Grand Plaza — every time I pass by, it's full of Korean customers. Tried it yesterday after grocery shopping, and their tofu soup totally hit the spot! All their tofu soups are $16.99. We ordered Seafood Tofu Soup, Seafood & Beef Tofu Soup, and Grilled Beef Short Ribs.😍 The seafood tofu broth was light and savory, not too salty.😒😊 The seafood & beef version had a richer, deeper flavor with beef aroma — more layered. The grilled short ribs were tender and juicy with a slightly sweet, caramelized char — perfect with rice. Pairing one soup with the short ribs felt just right. Also — their rice is amazing! Served in a mini pressure cooker — let it steam a bit before eating, and it’s soft, chewy, and fragrant.❤️💕 Overall, it’s that kind of homely, comforting taste.
