A Charming Historic Hotel in San Juan

✅This hotel is absolutely stunning—rich in history, beautiful architecture, and lush greenery, making it a visual delight. However, it's the incredible staff who truly made this our best vacation ever. 💥Our ground-floor courtyard room opened to greenery, with comfortable bedding and an eco-friendly plant wall creating a serene urban oasis. 🏖The public areas of Hotel El Convento are truly lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening wine and cheese sessions and the morning coffee. 📷That said, the rooms and decor didn't quite match the historic and beautiful common spaces—the bathrooms were particularly compact. 👉During our stay, there were weddings on two nights, which made it a bit noisy, and the courtyard restaurant closed early without prior notice. I wanted to love this place a bit more, but I would still recommend it to friends and family. ✨As a base for exploring Old San Juan, it preserves the grandeur of 16th-century stone archways while revitalizing the historic space with modern service. #HotelElConvento #SanJuan #HistoricArchitecture
