🍺Cayo Blanco Seafood Restaurant: That night, we found the steakhouse tucked deep inside a commercial building in the resort area, arriving half an hour later than our reservation. 🥨Despite the rain, the server greeted us with a warm smile, rushing to open the door and saying, "We've been waiting for you!" 🥐Before we could even speak, they recommended a quiet window seat for us. If we were staying longer in San Juan, we would definitely return! 🍋The avocado ceviche appetizer was truly impressive—tender white fish marinated in lime juice, served in a hollowed-out avocado shell and topped with crispy corn kernels for added texture. The scallops in the main course were seared to perfection. 🥣What stood out most was the thoughtful service: noticing my friend's gluten intolerance, the server arranged for the kitchen to replace the bread with roasted plantain chips.
