A Cozy 30-Year-Old Restaurant’s Dinner

✅Carelli's: A must-visit when in Boulder. The atmosphere is excellent, and the food and service are great. On a Saturday night, my wife and I came to this 30-year-old Italian restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. ✅Tucked away in an open-air shopping center, the interior feels much cozier than it looks from the outside. 🍻Two fireplaces were burning warmly, and wooden decor gave off an elegant vibe. 🍻The owner was personally greeting regulars, and it was clear that many loyal customers frequent the place. 🥗However, the main courses were somewhat disappointing. My wife’s seafood pasta had overly firm noodles, and the meat sauce in my lasagna was rather ordinary. 🌟The complimentary bread and salad were quite good. As for drinks, while waiting for our table, we enjoyed a nice Glenmorangie ($12) and a Bombay Sapphire Martini ($11), which were perfect. 🍸All in all, Carelli’s offers a delightful dining experience at a very reasonable price. #ShoppingCenter #ItalianRestaurant #Boulder
