⭐The Vietnamese restaurant Chez Thuy is renowned for its generous portions and authentic Vietnamese pho. ⭐Two signature pho dishes we sampled demonstrated solid culinary craftsmanship: the Spicy Beef and Oxtail Pho features a slow-simmered beef bone broth that emphasizes layered spices, with the oxtail tender enough to fall off the bone and ample meat filling the bowl. The Beef Rib and Meatball Pho comes with a bone-in beef rib,💟 bursting with braised aroma, and meatballs that are firm, springy, and juicy. 🍀Soy sauce and chili sauce are provided for those who prefer stronger flavors, and a plate of fresh vegetables is served to accompany the pho. When we visited on the weekend, the restaurant was packed, 🧡and the staff seemed overwhelmed.
