✅Taj Indian Cuisine Located in a shopping center in southern Colorado, the rich aroma of curry greets you as you enter. 🔥This visit was for the lunch buffet, which ranks among the best buffets I've ever enjoyed. ✅ If I had any complaint—why this is a 4 instead of a 5—it would be that most, if not all, of the meat dishes were chicken. When eating Indian cuisine, even at a buffet, I'd love to see options like lamb or goat. I highly recommend this spot for a very solid meal in Boulder. 🍄The buffet may not be extensive, but it’s thoughtfully arranged. ✨The butter chicken was perfectly tender, the saag paneer featured cheese as soft as tofu, and it was a rare delight to find South Indian-style coconut shrimp curry, where the sweetness of coconut milk balanced the heat of the spices. 🥥 I kept going back for the cumin fried rice, and the staff brought out freshly baked garlic naan from the kitchen, its surface still bubbling with warmth from the tandoor. #Colorado #IndianCuisine #Buffet
