Pizzeria Alberico š„£During the busy graduation weekend, our party of two enjoyed a variety of pizzas. In the open kitchen, the traditional brick oven glowed with orange-red flames, and the pizza chef tossed the dough like a performer, filling the air with the unique aroma of burning fruitwood. šWe sat at the bar, watching the pizzas being prepared. š„£There was only one size available, and the pizza at Pizzeria Locale in Boulder, Colorado, was excellent. A variety of authentic pizzas, freshly sliced from the wood-fired oven. The service was outstanding. šThe personal-sized Neapolitan pizza was just right for a light appetite. The buffalo mozzarella on the Margherita pizza was as soft as clouds. šThe most surprising dish was the pea bruschettaāit sounded unusual but tasted incredibly refreshing, š©The server was incredibly knowledgeable about Italian wines and recommended a Lambrusco sparkling wine with wild berry notes that paired unexpectedly well with the spicy salami pizza. #Colorado #WoodFiredPizza #BoulderFood
