A Cozy Family Celebration Dinner

🫐Over the weekend, I brought my family to Ten Prime Steak and Sushi for a celebration dinner. The restaurant is relatively small, and the tables were arranged more closely than we had expected, which surprisingly added to the lively atmosphere. 🥝The menu is thoughtfully designed, offering creative sushi options along with a variety of steaks, sauces, and pasta dishes—each plate clearly reflects the chef's meticulous attention. 🥝The sushi platter was uniquely presented, with salmon belly rich in flavor and fresh, sweet sea urchin. We ordered the ribeye steak medium-rare—it was juicy with a distinct charcoal aroma, paired with a freshly ground black pepper sauce. 🍻The mentaiko pasta deserves special mention—the savory cod roe sauce coated the al dente noodles perfectly, and our whole family raved about it. 🍻Although the wine selection was somewhat limited, the sake list was quite distinctive.
