❤️I found an incredibly Instagrammable Japanese restaurant in Frisco! The place is super new and trendy. The owners seem to be a mix of Japanese and Korean, and the service is excellent. The dishes are not only delicious but also very photogenic—I highly recommend the two dishes I tried! GYU-KATSU Japanese Fried Steak 😍This comes with miso soup and salad. The steak can be dipped in sauce or eaten with wasabi. When it arrives, there’s a small grill, and the steak is medium-rare, so you can cook it a bit more if you like. The exterior is perfectly crispy, making a satisfying crunch with every bite. I ordered the 5-piece set, which is quite filling for one person. NIKUGEN AKAI UDON Spicy Creamy Udon 💛This dish is loaded with creamy cheese sauce and has a nice spicy kick, similar to a udon version of Korean spicy rice cakes. It’s filled with shrimp, bacon, and mushrooms, making it super flavorful and aromatic.
