Dallas | Delicious Korean BBQ in Carrollton

đŸ„“Today, I want to introduce a fantastic Korean BBQ place in Carrollton’s Koreatown—Ari Korean BBQ. We ordered the Beef Combination for Two (priced at $75, it’s gone up a bit), and it was more than enough for us. The set includes four types of beef: 😂Thin Sliced Prime Brisket Boneless Prime Short Rib Marinated Rib Finger 🍔Bulgogi Among these, the Boneless Prime Short Rib is the standout, followed closely by the Marinated Rib Finger. The brisket is decent, but the Bulgogi is pretty average. Their dipping sauces include a clear broth and a barbecue sauce. The broth is particularly delicious—it helps cool down the heat and cuts through the richness of the meat. The vegetable salad is also a highlight—slightly spicy and very refreshing, with green onions that pair perfectly with the meat. If you’re into soju, you can order a bottle of Jinro—it’s very satisfying! â˜șOverall, this Korean BBQ place is pretty good. The staff are attentive, helping with the grilling and promptly changing the grids and trays. The only downside is that it’s not charcoal-grilled. I initially thought it was charcoal when I saw the grilling grids, but it turned out to be gas. There’s a ventilation system, so the smoky flavor isn’t as strong. #Dallas #DallasFood #DallasLife #BBQFreedom #KoreanBBQ
