📍After three months in Seattle, I finally found a croissant spot that rivals my all-time favorite — Bottega Louie! Meet La Fete Patisserie ❤️, my new happy place. I tried the raspberry croissant and the matcha croissant. 🍓 Raspberry: The jam filling was a bit light and the pastry leaned toward the dry side, but the layers? Gorgeous and perfectly flaky! 🍵 Matcha: The mascarpone-matcha cream was rich, creamy, and not overly sweet — absolutely divine! Both had beautifully laminated crusts ✨, stayed super crispy even when cool, and best of all — they weren’t cloyingly sweet! Paired with a latte featuring lovely latte art ☕️, it was the perfect cozy weekend morning treat. The shop may be small, but it’s always buzzing with energy! 🏃‍♀️💬 Fresh batches of croissant kept coming out of the oven — totally gave me those authentic French bakery vibes 🥖🇫🇷.
