In a nutshell: The stop in Nice I regretted the least! It was soooo dreamy! 🌟 Imagine standing on the 🌊 azure coastline, with a 💗 pink palace straight out of a fairy tale perched on the hillside. Behind it lies the deep blue Mediterranean Sea, and at its feet are romantic fountains and gardens. Picture little girls in white dresses running around the villa. — At that moment, I truly felt like I had stepped into a vintage French romance film! This 🏰 pink palace was built by Countess Béatrice of the Rothschild family over 100 years ago. Inside, it's a treasure trove of all the "beautiful things" she collected: furniture from Louis XIV, Italian fountains, French paintings, Persian porcelain, Viennese velvet, and more. Every corner is the epitome of elegance and romance. I even felt like the floors, curtains, and lamps were more graceful than I am! 🌸 Garden Wonderland | Nine Dreamlike Gardens with Diverse Styles Not only is the villa itself breathtakingly beautiful, but the nine themed gardens outside are full of surprises! 💐 French Garden : Symmetrical central fountain + blooming flowers, like Versailles transported to Nice. 🪻 Italian Garden : Arched colonnades with a Mediterranean backdrop—perfect for stunning photos. 🌵 Spanish/Mexican Garden : Full of exotic passion, with cacti and olive trees that make for great shots. 🪷 Japanese Garden : Bridges, ponds, maple trees... a Zen-filled and unexpectedly peaceful spot. 🌿 Rose Garden : In season, the blooming roses create an incredibly romantic, pink atmosphere. 📸 Photo Tips : Wear light-colored long dresses, paired with a straw hat or scarf. Standing in front of the fountain or on the balcony will give you amazing shots! 🍰 Afternoon Tea | Experience French Aristocratic Charm! The terrace café inside the villa offers a truly beautiful afternoon tea experience! We ordered: 🍰 Vanilla mille-feuille + pink macarons 🫖 Earl Grey tea (served with bone china tea sets) 🌞 Facing the sunny sea view and surrounded by flowers, you could easily spend the entire afternoon here! PS: The prices are a bit higher than in the city center, but the view is absolutely worth it. Since you're here, you must experience it! 🚗 Transportation Tips 📍 Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat Peninsula, about a 25-minute drive from the center of Nice. 🚗 Driving or taking a taxi is the most convenient.
