🧡I stumbled upon Lemongrass, a restaurant just a few blocks from the convention center, and it absolutely lived up to expectations—becoming the highlight of my culinary journey during the trip! 🍺The tuna tartare was exceptionally fresh, paired with a special sauce that made it melt in your mouth. To preserve the surprise, I didn’t take photos, but I highly recommend experiencing it firsthand! 🥨For the main course, I tried the chicken pho noodles. The broth was light yet layered with complexity, and the generous chunks of chicken were tender and flavorful. 🍮 The rice noodles absorbed the soup perfectly, making every bite satisfying. 🧀Another standout was the tofu dish—pan-fried to a crispy exterior with a soft interior, complemented by a well-balanced sauce.
