A Family-Friendly One-Day Trip Around Seattle
At 11 am, head to the farm to feed the alpacas. Each alpaca has a unique appearance and personality; they even spit at each other when angry, and some let out a loud cry to the sky. If you want to get up close and personal with the alpacas, you can book a tour on their website. Search for the address: Cascade Rose Alpacas 🦙🌹 For lunch, visit the food center at a large farm nearby, which offers coffee, beer, and various fast food options: Remlinger Farms Restaurant 🍽️☕️ After lunch, drive to North Bend to take a mini train ride. The journey takes two hours, with a stop at the top of a waterfall for photos. On the way back, there’s a 30-minute stop at the train museum. Ticket price: $70 for two adults and one child. You can book tickets in advance on their website: https://trainmuseum.org/visit/ride-the-train/ 🚂💺 After the train ride, head to the nearby outlets to buy shoes and clothes. 🛍️ The day of family fun comes to an end, and it’s been a day that’s not too tiring for the parents. The kids really enjoyed it, getting in touch with nature, learning about history, and satisfying my shopping desires. It’s been a perfect day! #Seattle #WhatToDoInSeattle #SeattleFamilyOutings
