A fantastic experience and restaurant.
đWe came to this place recommended by a friend â Mario Pagan Restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised. đ„©We had a reservation for two, and although I wasnât entirely satisfied with the initial table arrangement, they quickly made adjustments to seat us at a table I preferred. đWe were served some cocktails while our waitress came to tell us about the specials. I ordered an espresso martini, and my husband chose something tropical with rum. âšWe ordered the tropical salad, buffalo mozzarella, and as the main course, sea bass served on a bed of yuca purĂ©e (cassava) with asparagus as the special of the day. đ”For dessert, one of their specialties is golden chocolate pastry, served with Nutella cream and vanilla ice cream. đ”Later in the evening, I spotted Chef Mario Pagan and asked if he could come say hello.
