A Feast for the Senses at Santaella Restaurant

✨The Latin-inspired restaurant tucked away in the museum district was such a delightful surprise! It’s easy to miss its understated wooden door. 🌈Stepping into the courtyard, you’re instantly surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sound of flowing water—it’s like stumbling into a tropical garden. 🫑 The tuna skewers we ordered were cooked to perfection—charred and aromatic on the outside, yet beautifully pink in the center. The slow-braised beef in the Mexican tortillas was rich but not greasy, and absolutely divine when paired with the homemade guacamole. 🍷Seeing our indecision, the server kindly recommended the seasonal peach salad. Its sweet, fruity freshness perfectly cut through the richness of the fried meat patties. 🥬The wine list was as thick as a book, and the sommelier suggested a local sparkling wine with intense fruity notes that paired wonderfully with the seafood. #SanJuanCuisine #SantaellaRestaurant #LatinFlavors
