A Glimpse of Autumn in Aspen 🍂🏔️
While Aspen is famous as a ski destination, its autumn scenery before the snow season is absolutely breathtaking~ 🗺️ Attraction Recommendations: Twin Lakes On our way from Colorado Springs to Aspen, we stopped here. The view was filled with grazing cows and sheep, gentle clouds, and snow-capped mountains 🐄🌤️. Maroon Bells You can choose to enter by private car or take the shuttle. Private cars allow you to explore smaller roads and potentially spot more wildlife 🦌; the shuttle includes guided commentary and takes you directly to the base of the mountains. Aspen Downtown Lined with craft shops, art galleries, and luxury boutiques. Perfect for a half-day of exploring 🖼️🛍️. 🥘 Restaurant Recommendations: Bear Den Aspen 301 E Hopkins Ave Unit #101, Aspen, CO 81611 A brunch spot marked by a big black bear at the entrance 🐻. Even during the off-season, it’s popular and may require waiting—but service is quick! The vibe is cozy and artistic, with indoor and outdoor seating. Simple dishes, though slightly pricey. Acquolina 415 E Main St, Aspen, CO 81611 An Italian restaurant that requires reservations. The mussels appetizer is excellent 🍤, and the salads are refreshing. We tried the Linguine & Mixed Seafood (a classic) and Boscaiola (with wild mushrooms—good but didn’t fully meet expectations for a mushroom lover). Perfect place to enjoy a bottle of wine 🥂. 🏠 Accommodation Recommendation: We stayed at a pre-booked Airbnb in downtown Aspen, close to the Maroon Bells Shuttle and Parking—super convenient for getting around! #RomanticLife #Aspen #AutumnVibes #Colorado #Travel #RoadTrip #TravelGuide 🍁📸🚗
