A Hidden Brunch Gem in the SGV ✨ Aroma Craft Coffee 🐶

Finally had a rare, leisurely weekday off! Of course, I had to bring my little follower, Nuts 🐶, and meet up with a good friend straight away at my top-tier brunch spot in the SGV—Aroma Craft Coffee! I've been here at least 3 times now, and I have never had a bad experience! 😍 This cafe is tucked away in a quiet plaza on Valley Blvd. They don't really advertise much, so it's easy to miss if you're not looking carefully, but it is absolutely worth a special trip! ✨ ✨ Vibes & Aesthetics: Totally the "fresh and cute" type in the brunch world. The interior is simple with a touch of Korean-inspired Instagram style. The patio area is especially comfortable when the sunlight filters down. ☀️ Most importantly, the food is super photogenic! Every dish looks like a masterpiece ready for its close-up! 📸 Personally Tested & Approved by Nuts' Mom (Warning for the indecisive: You'll want to order everything!) 🥪 Smoked Salmon Toast A classic that never fails! The smoked salmon is quite fresh, paired with crisp veggies and a special sauce. The combination of textures is fantastic! 👍 🥑 Avocado Toast A must-order for aesthetics! The avocado is arranged into a beautiful flower shape and drizzled with balsamic glaze. It's healthy and delicious—the perfect way to start a energetic day! 🌸 🍝 Creamy Mushroom Pasta Rich and creamy with nicely al dente noodles. It was a bit too rich for my personal taste, but perfect for cream sauce enthusiasts! 🍰 The Desserts Are the True Soul of This Place! 💜 Blueberry Cheesecake You have to try this berry cake! The sweet and sour balance is just right, and the texture is wonderfully light. It was so good that Nuts was almost drooling next to me, giving me those intense puppy-dog eyes! 🥺 🍠 Ube Taro Tart A dreamy purple masterpiece! I give it 💯 for appearance! The filling (which might be ube or taro—it's very smooth) is sweet, soft, and chewy, though a tad too sweet for me. 🐶 Nuts' Special Happy Time The patio is very welcoming to furry friends, and it's usually not crowded outside, so we got to enjoy the outdoor time alone with Nuts.
