A Hidden Culinary Gem on University Hill

🍺Tucked away in the University Hill neighborhood, Ado's Kitchen & Bar has become our go-to spot for Mediterranean-inspired flavors. 🍺Our recent brunch experience was particularly delightful. We visited on a Sunday around 1:15 PM, just after the peak hours, so the pace was pleasantly relaxed. 🌈The restaurant features two entrances—one leading directly into the dining area, and another that opens into a cozy, lively bar perfect for catching a game. 🌈Regulars often settle at the dark wooden bar with their newspapers, while the open kitchen fills the space with inviting aromas. ✨One of our favorite starters is the Brussels sprouts—roasted until crispy at the edges, then finished with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan and a drizzle of balsamic glaze that balances sweetness and acidity perfectly. On a previous visit, we brought out-of-town friends and shared a table full of dishes. 🍷The calamari stood out—lightly battered, golden, and tender, served with house-cut potato fries that retained their rustic skin and natural flavor. #UniversityHillEats #MediterraneanFlavors #Boulder
