A hotel in the Condado Beach area.

📍Acacia Boutique Hotel ✅I had the largest room, but the only view was from the bathroom window. The room was very clean and perfect for moving in after the beach. 🍁 I was traveling alone and felt safe. The location is very private with direct beach access and extremely close. I wouldn’t recommend renting a car if you stay here—there’s no parking. Use Uber instead. ✅The small restaurant in the lobby was nice, and the food was delicious. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. There’s some street parking right in front, but only about five spots, and they’re always full. 🌴The location is ideal—right on the beach and close to everything. It’s in the Condado Beach area of San Juan. They have a small restaurant inside, though it’s not very practical for meals. 💛Even though breakfast was advertised to start at 7 AM, no one was available to serve it until at least 7:30 AM, and I felt the breakfast was overpriced. #SanJuan #CondadoBeach #BoutiqueHotel
