🌈On Tuesday noon, I had a meeting at the St. Julien Hotel and arranged to have lunch at this restaurant with a friend. 🍖Although there were many guests, the service pace was well-managed and never felt rushed. It's one of the best brunch spots in Colorado (alongside the Brown Hotel and the Broadmoor), and more accessible from the Broomfield area. 🥪The nearby garage offers free parking on Sundays. There is a wide variety of both cold and hot dishes. The food is excellent—well-prepared buffet-style offerings. The restaurant has the ambiance you'd expect, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. 🍖 It's a bistro serving French-accented cuisine, complete with a full bar, an outdoor courtyard, and ample seating. They also offer a $16 vegan menu every Friday at 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM. 🍀The steak was cooked to perfection, accompanied by roasted vegetables that retained their natural flavors. ⭐My friend's chicken legs were tender and juicy, and the salad dressing was refreshing.
