đOn Tuesday noon, I had a meeting at the St. Julien Hotel and arranged to have lunch at this restaurant with a friend. đAlthough there were many guests, the service pace was well-managed and never felt rushed. It's one of the best brunch spots in Colorado (alongside the Brown Hotel and the Broadmoor), and more accessible from the Broomfield area. đ„ȘThe nearby garage offers free parking on Sundays. There is a wide variety of both cold and hot dishes. The food is excellentâwell-prepared buffet-style offerings. The restaurant has the ambiance you'd expect, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. đ It's a bistro serving French-accented cuisine, complete with a full bar, an outdoor courtyard, and ample seating. They also offer a $16 vegan menu every Friday at 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM. đThe steak was cooked to perfection, accompanied by roasted vegetables that retained their natural flavors. âMy friend's chicken legs were tender and juicy, and the salad dressing was refreshing.
