A Life-Changing Burger You MUST Try in Los Angeles πβ€οΈ
To this day, the best burger Iβve ever had is still Hawkins Burgers in LA β unbeaten and reigning at the top for 8 years straight! π₯ Second place? Fat Cow in Shanghai. Located in Compton β a predominantly Black neighborhood β the owner is Black, and about 90% of the customers are too. In all my visits, aside from a few Latino patrons, Iβve never seen another Asian customer. But then again, who casually visits Compton unless theyβre on a mission for greatness? π On my recent trip, I noticed theyβve shifted to window service only β the whole shop is now enclosed in a metal structure with just two windows for ordering and pickup. After ordering, thereβs a bit of a wait β every burger is grilled fresh to order π₯©. You can hear the sizzle on the griddle inside and smell the incredible aroma of beef filling the air! The burgers are hearty and packed with flavor β the patty is super savory, and the bun is toasted to soft, fragrant perfection.
