From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable — special shout-out to Josh J., Naqueisha M., and De Audra S., who are among the best hotel staff I’ve encountered in all my travels ✈️❤️. They remembered my name throughout my stay and greeted me warmly every time — a personal touch that truly elevated the experience. 📍 Prime Location & Security The hotel sits right across from Phipps Plaza, home to upscale shopping and fine dining 🛍️🍽️. It’s also incredibly secure — key card access is required for elevators, and cards only grant entry to your floor, the pool, and the lobby. 🍽️ Dining Highlights & Misses Dinner & In-Room Dining: The menu leans heavily into seafood and sushi 🍣, with just a couple of non-seafood options. Given the hotel’s tie to Nobu, this wasn’t a total surprise — but more variety would be welcome. Breakfast: Absolutely delightful! A wide selection of well-prepared dishes to start the day right ☀️. 🚗 Porsche House Car Service A standout perk! I used the complimentary Porsche service twice — including a ride in the all-new Macan Turbo EV 🚘! The semi-automated valet made retrieving my car quick and hassle-free. 🏊 Pool & Ambiance The pool area is serene and beautifully maintained — a perfect spot to unwind. While the dinner menu could use more diversity, everything else — from the staff to the amenities — made for a truly memorable stay.
